1 Our Services

Empowered Insurance is a licensed independent insurance agency that helps consumers request quotes for and obtain insurance products, including health, life, final expense and Indexed Universal Life coverage. Quotes are estimates and do not constitute a binding offer of coverage. Coverage is subject to carrier approval, underwriting, and the terms of the applicable policy. Products and availability vary by state.

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or financial advice. Policy illustrations, including IUL illustrations, show projected values that are not guaranteed and will differ from actual results.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep it current.

4 Phone Calls and Consent

If you check the phone call consent box on our forms or give an agent verbal permission, you agree that Empowered Insurance and its licensed agents may contact you at the number you provided, including through an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent to receive such calls is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You may revoke consent at any time by telling any agent, calling (813) 884-9333, or emailing info@agency.myempoweredinsurance.com. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and honor requests promptly. We may still contact you as needed to service a policy you hold.

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by law, and you will be notified before any recording begins.

5 Your Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including confirming that any phone number you give us belongs to you.
