We are looking for licensed agents who would rather build a book of clients who trust them than churn through a lead list.

Our model is straightforward: we help our agents generate their own clients by teaching those clients something useful, rather than by out-dialing everyone else. If that sounds like how you want to work, we should talk.

1 What we provide

Multiple carrier appointments so you are not forced to fit every client into one product.
Training on the products, not just the pitch - health, life, final expense and IUL.
CRM, quoting tools and process already built, so you are selling instead of assembling software.
Direct access to leadership. We are a real team, not a downline you never hear from.

2 What we look for

An active life and/or health insurance license, or a serious plan to get one
Willingness to learn the products well enough to explain them simply
Comfort working independently with a distributed team
A clean compliance record and a straight-dealing approach with clients
